We will never use Dayton Freight services again. They failed to deliver a very important package (gift for father-in-law) three days after the initial scheduled appointment, without any valid reason. At a cost of $99, one would expect a timely deliver, especially after having emphasized this ahead of time on the phone multiple times. Their failed service resulted in lost wages at work, and hours sitting around waiting for nothing.

I suggest you look elsewhere for important shipping needs. This company is terrible.
